Through this notice, Silver Lake Media Group, LLC (“Silver Lake”) informs the users of our website (hereinafter referred to as “Users” and “Website”), about our policy relating to the collection and use of your personal data and information (“Personal Data”), which we may request from time to time or that we may obtain in the course of your registration or subscription to receive certain products and services offered on or through the Portal. Also, Silver Lake may use the Personal Data to send survey forms to Users, which Users may voluntarily complete. Silver Lake may subcontract third parties to perform certain services in connection with the Personal Data, including without limitation, the management and storage of the Personal Data, the creation of promotions for Silver Lake , the delivery or coordination of the delivery of communications to users who have agreed to receive such communications, provided that, such third parties have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Silver Lake has implemented certain security measures as required by law to protect Personal Data. In the event that Silver Lake transfers any of your Personal Data to a foreign country, Silver Lake will ensure that your Personal Data is handled securely and kept confidential.
